Inspection and maintenance service for liferaft

 SERVICES PROCEDURES FOR LIFERAFT:

- Received liferaft to service station.

- Check the inside and outside condition of container for damage.

- Disconnect flexible hose, detach painter line from firing cable and take out CO2 cylinder.

- Clean container, repair and repaint if necessary.

- Labeling by new stickers, painting the necessary parameters.

- Pump up and test the tightness of liferaft. Depending on liferaft age, conduct the test methods WP, NAP, GI, FS.

- Check condition and expiry date of equipment in liferaft.

- If floor is inflatable type, it should be tested.

- Hydraulic test the cylinder and reload with gas if it is due.

- Check the weight of CO2 cylinder with an electronic scale.

- Check firing cable, operating head and flexible hose.

- Check the outside parts of liferaft such as canopy, inside /outside lights, battery, reflective tape.

- Check inside liferaft.

- Check emergency pack, replace dated items, lighting and signal systems.

- Deflated liferaft.

- Reinstall CO2 cylinder and flexible hoses.

- Repacked liferaft into container.

- Issued periodical maintenance certificate.
