Inspection and maintenance service for fire extinguisher system

MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE FOR FIRE EQUIPMENT :

- Check annual portable fire extinguishers and trolleys.
- Check CO2 fire extinguishing systems, FM 200 system, Dry powder, Foam, Water mist, Wet chemical fire extinguishing system for kitchen.

- Check hose system, water cannons, spray nozzle.

- Analyze foam concentrates samples.

 

1. Portable fire extinguisher

- Preliminary test for fire extinguishers.

- Check the outside condition including the body, handle, nozzle, valve. Replace or repair if damaged.

- Check Agent and propellant, replace it if necessary.

- Check Hydrostatic Test Date, test again if it expires.

- Paste checking stamps, hanging periodic inspection cards.

- Make report and issue Certificate after completion.

 

2. Fixed CO2 fire-extinguishing systems

* Annual inspection

- Check and weigh the CO2 container.

- Check the activation gas tank if available.

- Check audible/visual alarm system, fan stop.

- Blowing by compressed air from CO2 room to all nozzles.

* 5 yearly inspection

- Check, test Time Delay Unit.

- Manifold leakage tested by applying dry working air.

- Pilot line pressure tested at maximum working pressure.

- Check inside the main valve.

* 10 yearly inspection

- Pressure test CO2 cylinder.

- Replace flexible hose (If applicable).
